Sunderland delivered a shock 2–1 victory over Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Saturday, with substitute Chemsdine Talbi netting a stoppage-time winner to lift the visitors to second place in the Premier League table.

Chelsea took an early lead in the fourth minute through Alejandro Garnacho, who marked his first goal for the club with a composed finish. However, the advantage was short-lived as Wilson Isidor equalized in the 22nd minute, capitalizing on a defensive lapse from a long throw-in to stab home from close range.

The match appeared destined for a draw until the dying moments, when Talbi latched onto a precise pass from fellow substitute Brian Bobbey in the third minute of added time. The forward curled a low shot past goalkeeper Robert Sanchez, sealing a dramatic win for Sunderland.

Elsewhere, Newcastle United secured a late 2–1 triumph over Fulham at St James’ Park, extending the visitors’ losing streak. Captain Bruno Guimaraes emerged as the hero in the 90th minute, pouncing on a rebound after Fulham goalkeeper Bernd Leno failed to hold a shot from substitute William Osula.

Earlier in the match, Jacob Murphy had opened the scoring for Newcastle, only for Fulham’s Sasa Lukic to level with a well-placed header. Despite their spirited fightback, Fulham were undone in the final moments as Newcastle claimed all three points.
