The human mind is a vast landscape – capable of compassion and cruelty, wisdom and ignorance. Within each of us lies the capacity for both good and evil. But the path we choose to tread is ours alone.
Thereโs a unique joy that comes with the birth of a child. So pure. So untouched. So full of promise. Yet, this innocent soul enters a world riddled with division, judgment, and pain.
The child learns to crawl, walk, and speak. But soon, the world begins to speak back – through parents, teachers, media, and society. The lessons arenโt always kind.
โDonโt associate with certain people.โ
โTheyโre not like us.โ
โTheyโre dangerous. Inferior. Unworthy.โ
And so, the child grows – carrying inherited biases, blind to the beauty in difference.
Look around. Evil is on the rise – not because itโs stronger, but because itโs louder. Itโs taught, repeated, and normalized.
Why should one race, tribe, or culture be considered superior to another?
Why should skin color determine worth?
Why should a person be judged before theyโre known?
A slave and a master were both born through the same process.
So why the segregation?
Why the marginalization?
These are not questions of politics – theyโre questions of humanity.
The pain we experience in this world could be lessened – if only we took control of our minds. If we questioned what we were taught. If we chose empathy over fear. If we saw people as individuals, not categories.
Because the mind is not fixed. Itโs shaped. And reshaped.
And every day, we have the power to choose:
To love or to hate.
To include or to exclude.
To build or to break.
Final Thought
The world may be wicked, but the mind can be wise.
Letโs raise children to think, not just obey.
Letโs challenge the narratives that divide us.
Letโs choose the path of good – not because itโs easy, but because itโs right.
