Members of Rob Kardashian’s family fear he’s headed toward a frightening reality.
The Kardashian clan is worried about the 28-year-old’s health now that he’s put 50 pounds back on and returned to his old reclusive ways, TMZ reports.
The reality star rarely leaves his own home and is experiencing major relationship problems with his pregnant fiancée Blac Chyna, according to the celebrity gossip site. Likewise, he’s reportedly lost his motivation after regaining the weight he dropped when he first started dating the former video vixen at the beginning of the year.
Kardashian’s plummet sparked concerns among family members that his diabetes could become a major issue again if he doesn’t get back on track. He was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in late 2015 but told family members last month that he is no longer suffering from the disease.
Doctors cautioned him at the time, however, that the condition could return if he returned to his old unhealthy habits. He’s currently back up around 300 pounds, TMZ reports.
At least part of the TV personality’s problems stem from his relationship issues with Chyna, as the once-happy couple reportedly now fights constantly whenever they are together.
“Rob is slipping back into a dark place,” a Kardashian insider told TMZ.
Kardashian is the star of a new reality show with his fiancée, “Rob & Chyna,” but he recently skipped out on a promotional event with the eight-month-pregnant Chyna altogether.
He also opted not to attend a baby shower that his family threw for him after learning Chyna wasn’t invited, prompting him to post his half-sister Kylie Jenner’s phone number online in an apparent fit of rage.
“Didn’t invite the Mother of my child to a baby shower you all were trying to throw for me ???” he tweeted. “You all must have lost your damn minds.”
Chyna, however, had agreed that it’d be best for them to have separate showers since she and Kardashian have been on such bad terms in recent months, TMZ reported.
His family is now reportedly ready to do whatever they can to help him get better.
