London for an award ceremony. The Duchess has been criticized for her safe fashion choices so
she took things up a notch in a £1580 shoulder-baring dress by
relatively unknown Brazilian-born, London-based designer Barbara
Casasola. She completed the look with towering £140 pink suede heels
