The 34-year-old mother of two was at the Natural History Museum in
London for an award ceremony. The Duchess has been criticized for her safe fashion choices so
she took things up a notch in a ยฃ1580 shoulder-baring dress by
relatively unknown Brazilian-born, London-based designer Barbara
Casasola. She completed the look with towering ยฃ140 pink suede heels
