The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC’s Secretary, Mr. George Ekpungu has commended the new office complex of the Port Harcourt Zonal Command of the EFCC for its aesthetics and impressive appeal.
He gave the commendation on Thursday, November 25, 2021 in Port Harcourt, Rivers State while on a working visit to the Command.
According to him, the new office complex exudes beauty and global standards of law enforcement practices. “The structure I’m seeing here is beautiful. This is a good environment for the type of work we are doing. The new office complex has all the ambience of a world- class law enforcement setting”, he said.
Ekpungu further lauded the Port Harcourt’s Zonal Command for being ” high in content and importance”. The Port Harcourt’s Zonal Command of the EFCC is high in content and importance. It is one of the critical Zones to the Commission. I’m impressed with the leadership style and organisation”, he said.
The Commission’s Secretary charged staff of the Command to be more devoted and dedicated to their duties, stressing that the Executive Chairman of the EFCC, Mr. Abdulrasheed Bawa has brought new hopes, vistas, vibrancy and unprecedented developments to the Commission.
On the entourage of the Commission Secretary are three Directors and Head of a Unit.
