Imo people with the sponsorship of the State Government celebrated the 2020 Christmas Carol and Thanksgiving Service at the Imo State Chapel, Owerri.
Arch. Bishop Obinna who attended Christmas Carol for the first time in Government House, commended Governor Hope Uzodimma for organizing and inviting Imo people to celebrate and relax while observing the Covid-19 preventive regulations.
Arch. Bishop Obinna while speaking at the event disclosed that the administration of Senator Hope Uzodimma in just 11 months have continued to surprise him in Good Governance in the State.
The Arch Bishop disclosed that he passed through a road on his way to town from Eziama Ikeduru and saw that there was work on going amongst other road reconstruction and roundabout improvements.
He however stated that he is looking forward to more surprises in positive development of the state.
He urged and encouraged the Governor look into road networks in the rural areas.
He added that as the Imo state government is doing well, he will continue to push more in good Governance as healthy opposition is relevant for the success of a Government.
