The Acting Chairman, Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Ibrahim Magu on July 5, 2019 has promised that the knowledge presently being impacted upon EFCC operatives by UK Experts will also be transferred to EFCC trainers very soon.
Magu spoke through Aliyu A. Wali of the External Co-operation Department, EFCC, at the EFCC Academy, Karu, Abuja on July 5, 2019 at the end of the two weeks training on โLeadership and Management Courseโ sponsored by the National Crime Agency, UK and delivered by the UK College of Policing.
The training which had 16 participants drawn from the various zonal offices of the Commission across Nigeria is expected to build their leadership and management skill in order to be self-aware of their personalities and as well as those they interact with thereby ensuring an effective and well-motivated team for better performance of their duties.
Magu said the knowledge transfer discussion which is at an advanced stage is intended to ensure that more staff of the Commission benefits from the initiative.
