Khloe Kardashian’s divorce from Lamar Odom is only one small step from becoming reality.
The TV personality and the former NBA standout officially signed the paperwork to legally end their marriage, TMZ reports.
The two stars who separated in 2013 after four years of marriage reportedly now just need to wait for a judge to sign the documents, which were filed Friday, for the divorce to become official.
The process is expected to be completed in December. The duo agreed to a property settlement as part of the filing, according to the celebrity gossip site.
Little progress was made in the first two years after Kardashian and Odom announced their split. Kardashian dropped her divorce filing after Odom’s near-fatal drug overdose at a Las Vegas brothel last October but resubmitted the request earlier this year.
The 32-year-old Kardashian provided major support for Odom, 36, as he recovered from the overdose, regularly visiting him in the hospital and even renting a $25,000 per month mansion near her home in Calabasas after his release.
She kicked him out over the summer, however, after a crack pipe was discovered on his property, according to TMZ.
Kardashian is currently romantically linked to Cleveland Cavaliers forward Tristan Thompson.
