Police urged the owner of a lost bag of cocaine to come forward and pick it up from their station, police in Colorado wrote on
Facebook.

The Aspen Police Department said that officers often get back to the
office, only to find 11 donuts instead of 12 they bought at the store as
either one was left behind or the driver took it as payment.

On Tuesday, a customer at a supermarket found that a person before them
in the self-checkout lane, had actually left an entire bag behind.

Now granted that it is a really small bag and the scale couldn’t even
weigh it, but the person sure didn’t buy this at the grocery store.

The owner of said bag probably really didn’t mean to leave it behind, police said.

With the cost of the white powdery substances these days, probably
somebody got home and spent the next 15 minutes going through their
pockets, over and over, according to police.

“Now, we really try to take care of lost and found property like it is
our own, putting a lot of effort into returning iPhones, wallets,
passports, etc., but, if this is your property, we’re going to leave it
up to you to come and collect it,” police wrote on Facebook.
