A man was angry when another couple decided to break up and no longer have sex with him and his wife.
Police arrested the man of Florida, after deputies said that he fired
multiple shots at a man for refusing to continue their “swinger”
relationship.
45-year-old Scott Hurley of Palm Coast, drove past the “other” couple’s
home at around 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday, and allegedly fired five shots at
the husband who was outside the home with a friend.
The victim told officers that the suspect harassed him and his family
since he and his wife decided to stop their sexual relationship with
Hurley and his wife.
In a previous incident, deputies were called after Hurley followed the couple home from Walmart.
Hurley was arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated assault
with a deadly weapon. He was released after posting bail of $3,000.
