Nicki Minaj is out for Harambe.

The music star on Sunday dropped her first new piece of music in two years — and used the work to breathe new life into the memory of a deceased gorilla.

In “The Pinkprint Freestyle,” the rap songstress sings, “I’m dragging these hoes like Harambe did the kid,” raising up the lowland gorilla’s high profile to new heights.

Harambe was killed by a Cincinnati Zoo worker in May, after he was seen grabbing a 3-year-old who had fallen into his enclosure.

Harambe has since become an internet legend.

The Cincinnati Zoo’s Twitter page had become so inundated with Harambe memes that the decision was made to delete the account.

Minaj isn’t the first artist to be inspired by Harambe’s legacy. Young Thug released a song in late August named after the gorilla, though he neglected to actually say “Harambe” in the work itself.

The Trinidadian’s six-minute track, posted Saturday on Minaj’s Soundcloud page, features her trademark rapid-fire delivery, sating fans still buzzing after she shared the stage with Ariana Grande for a live performance of “Side to Side” at the 2016 MTV VMAs last month.
