He stated that the vehicle with license plate KR 838, which was in a state of emergency, was damaged by hitting and breaking the right front headlight.

The police said that the suspect was found to have been without a residence permit in the TRNC for 323 days as of September 19, 2021. The police stated that the suspect had no legal status and demanded that he be kept in detention.

Evaluating the testimony given in his presence, Judge Nil Elodie ร‡eliker ordered that the suspect be held in prison for no more than 2 months.
