One killed, stepmother abducted in Plateau

The stepbrother of the Special Adviser on Public Affairs to Plateau State Governor, Diket Plang, has been killed, while his stepmother and a young lady were abducted in Pankshin council of the state.

Fwangshak Plang, brother of the special adviser, was seriously wounded by the assailants when they invaded Takas village on Friday night.
A resident of the community, Solomon Dickson, said the Plang was woken up in another part of the house by the noise in the compound and was attacked when he came out to see what was going on.
“He just died from the injury inflicted on him. As I’m talking to you, we have not seen the stepmother of the governor’s aide and the young girl staying with her since they were taken away by the kidnappers,” Dickson said.
Police spokesman Gabriel Ogaba confirmed the incident.
