Shooting in Dayton Ohio, hours after El Paso, leaves up to 10 dead

There are reports of a shooting incident in the US city of Dayton, Ohio, with up to 10 people feared dead.

The incident comes hours after a shooting in El Paso left 20 dead and 26 injured.
