AND JESUS OF AFARAUKWU IBEKU RAN TO UK INSTEAD OF GOING TO THE CROSS

There is yet to be a savior for IPOB members because nobody wants to die and Nnamdi Kanu is falsely edging closer to that but his only barrier is fear; there is always a price to pay for and most times, martyrdom becomes inevitable. The savior of few IPOB members ran to UK like Christ and Mohammed ran to Egypt and Medina respectively. The Jesus Christ of IPOB recently commanded the assault on Ike Ekweremmadu; his exile cannot in any shape or form stop him from taking pounds of flesh from his perceived enemies or people he is jealous of. Chasing a man and his family away from his ‘obi’ is one of greatest insult in Igbo speaking part of Biafra; when operation python dance did that, I expected Nnamdi Kanu to show such frustration on those at home.

This strange Jesus of Afaraukwu Ibeku compared himself to Jesus Christ of Nazareth; but as subtle as he was, his comparison was that of retreat, Jesus Christ retreated to Egypt and he retreated to UK. Jesus of Afaraukwu’s integrity has no bearing; imagine shouting no retreat and no surrender all his life but ran to UK when time came for implementation. While IPOB members sing holy…holy…holy… unto the Jesus of Afaraukwu, they forgot the meaning of a savior is one that gives his life for others to live.

In 2015 this savior was arrested; we gave our lives to save him, we died in hundreds and thousands to save his life; he came out of detention and instead of humble himself and give back everything we gave him, he instead bought a car, bought expensive cloth and shoes, toured the land and received glory, raised his shoulders high as they sang holy…holy…holy… unto his name. Little wonder in his recent broadcast, he compared himself to Muhammed and Jesus Christ.

We are all very conversant with the gears of savior; we all saw how Jesus Christ gave his life for us to live, we all saw how selfless he was and how integrity played a remarkable role in embracing the ultimate price. Jesus of Afaraukwu is everything opposite and comparing himself to Jesus Christ and Muhammed is nothing but blasphemy. Nnamdi Kanu has lost touch of reality because of the segment of Biafrans that spend time on social media singing his praise. He forgot he is only but a young man humiliated out of his home and land; shamelessness is indeed bold.

Since IPOB Jesus ran to UK; he has continued to say he would come back and claim victory and the victory in question is the restoration of Biafra. He has constantly made it clear that he would come back and engage in warfare and has also argued that he can’t go into unprepared battle. While members of IPOB have dismissed ‘unpreparedness’ as excuse, they have refused to ask him when preparation will start. Journey of a thousand miles starts with a step; unpreparedness will only be addressed if he starts now to prepare. There is no way procrastination will address unpreparedness; a man that really wants to claim victory has to start preparing today for it.

Jesus of Afaraukwu argued that his retreat to UK was to prepare himself; the major problem to the preparation is fear, he is afraid to die and he is preparing not to die which underlines the simple fact that he is not yet ready to be a savior. Nnamdi Kanu must embrace death before he reaches the height of a savior; people can’t be dying for you, even died to save you and you came out to claim being the savior over the dead, but that is by the way.

This savior should not kill or turn Igbo land against each other; he should think more about turning Igbo land against the occupying soldiers that forced unity on us. He should think more about his death like a soldier than ways to be alive and enjoy Biafra. He should think more about how to give his life for our lives to be saved. Before a man nods his head to a divine praise like holy…holy…holy… Nnamdi Kanu is another savior, he should have known holiness has more to do with being spiritual (ultimate price). Instead of run to UK and from there commanding who to be attacked and killed while soldiers are still occupying our land, he should forget doing anything for us to avoid killing the unknown heir.
