The High Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) sitting in Apo on Friday picked June 13 for arraignment of the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Nsima Ekere.

Ekere and NDDC will be arraigned by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) for frustrating investigation into projects executed by the Commission.

They will be docked before Justice Olukayode Adeniyi of Court 19, High Court of the FCT, Apo.

The charge marked: CR/187/18 was filed at the court in May and signed by a senior prosecuting officer with ICPC, Osuobeni Ekoi Akponimisingha.
