Aspiring rapper who wants to beat Eminem, is in trouble with the law after racking up a large bill at a restaurant and fleeing in order to avoid paying for his meal, according to police in Australia.

Queensland police said that they have arrested 33-year-old Terry Peck, who is also known as 2Pec, after allegedly eating $500 worth of seafood and jumping into the Coral Sea.

Peck has been charged with stealing and obstructing police.

According to the police investigation, on Sunday, Peck dined at the Omeros Bros Seafood Restaurant in Main Beach, where he ate octopus, lobsters, oysters, and oyster shooters.

He downed four Corona beers and had a vodka cocktail Peck fled from the restaurant when employees handed him the bill of about $500.

Employees ran after him, but Peck jumped into water off Main Beach. He was eventually detained by police after asking a lifeguard for help in the sea.

After his arrest, Peck made a lot of excuses as to why he did not pay his bill. At first, Peck said that he left the restaurant to help his friend who was having a baby on the beach.

When police did not find anyone having a baby on the beach, Peck said that he forgot his wallet. Peck then complained that the food was overcooked and there was a shell in his oysters.

He then said that the food was very overpriced. He also demanded that the restaurant issue him an apology for the bad dining experience.

As part of his bail condition, a judge ordered Peck to stay away from the restaurant.
