A man from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was shocked when a manager of a bar told him to leave because he supported President Donald Trump, according to a lawsuit filed in New York.

30-year-old Greg Piatek, who works as an accountant, told a court that workers of The Happiest Hour located in Manhattan, humiliate him just because he was wearing a red Make America Great Again hat.

In the lawsuit, Piatek named the bar and its owner Jon Neidich, as the defendants. Piatek said that he felt humiliated, degraded, victimized, embarrassed and emotionally distressed.

After being kicked out of the bar for supporting Trump, he called the New York Police Department.

Police officers who arrived to the scene, said that this was not a criminal matter, and referred him to the Better Business Bureau.

A bartender refused to serve Piatek, telling him that he must be a disgusting human being for wearing the Make America Great Again hat.

A few minutes later, the manager of the bar escorted out of the premises, saying that they will not serve people who support Trump and think the way he does.

Piatek’s attorney is suing because he suffered and continues to suffer from anxiety and severe emotional distress as a result of the discriminatory and intolerable treatment he received by the workers of The Happiest Hour.
