A couple in Canada, went on a camping trip that lasted for six months, during which they lived on fish and wildlife.

Juan Pablo Quinonez and Jennifer Ford took along a canoe, which they used to catch fish from the Bloodvein River.

The couple revealed that some days were difficult to get food in the Atikaki Provincial Wilderness Park. On those days, they drank tea.

One day, they were extremely hungry, and when a snake slithered near them, they decided to kill it and eat it. Ford said that the snake tasted like chicken.

Their diet consisted of fish and wild rice. On some days, they picked blueberries, hazelnuts, cattails, and arrowhead plants.

Both lost a lot of weight over their six month adventure. The couple admitted that being alone for so long tested their relationship, but in the end, the trip drew them closer.
