Khloe Kardashian declared her opposition to Donald Trump — after learning the Republican presidential candidate reportedly once called her a “fat piglet.”
The reality TV star fired back at the Republican presidential nominee after he threw out insults like “fat piglet” and “the ugly Kardashian” during her time on the “Celebrity Apprentice” in 2009.
“I didn’t think he was saying those things about me,” Kardashian told the Los Angeles Times. “But he says those comments about a lot of women — really derogatory things. Someone who is that simplistic to judge things off of surface is not someone I want running my country.”
Trump reportedly found an excuse to fire the youngest Kardashian just because he didn’t like her — not because of her performance on the show.
An editor for the show told the Huffington Post that he asked staffers how they could get rid of her, questioning why they didn’t get the “hot” Kardashian in reference to her sister, Kim.
“It’s not cool or appropriate for any person, male or female, to judge someone else by their looks,” Khloe said.
“I find it really cruel. It’s wild,” she continued.
The 32-year-old reality star opened up about her experience on the show back in July.
She told Chelsea Handler that she never wanted to do it to begin with, but her momager Kris Jenner had signed her on.
“I hated every minute of it,” she recalled. “I was put in situations I would never be in real life.”
Khloe also voiced her opinion on the billionaire’s presidential prospects at the time.
“I don’t think he would make a good President,” she added.
It isn’t the first time Trump compared a woman to a pig. Former Miss Universe Alicia Merchado said the presidential candidate called her “Miss Piggy” in 1996.
The GOP nominee also came under fire recently for referring to a deaf “Apprentice” contestant as “retarded.”
