A man called police after his son received disturbing photos from his former girlfriend.
The woman of Altoona, Iowa, was arrested after she allegedly sent nude photos to her boyfriend’s teenage son.
According to a police report, there were two nude photos. One of the woman and another of her with her the boy’s father.
Charlotte Elaine Klisares, 46, is accused of sending the two sexually graphic photos to the man’s 17-year-old son through Facebook.
The son told his father and he reported the incident to police in Des Moines. According to a police, the couple accused each other of harassment before the incident.
Klisares allegedly admitted to police that he sent the photos to the boy.
According to police, Klisares claimed that her former boyfriend threatened to send a sex tape, which they made, to her family so before he had a chance to make good on his threat, she decided to strike first.
However, Klisares’ attorney, Karmen Anderson, said that the allegations concerning the x-rated photos were “just another attempt by the abuser to intimidate, harass and bully her because she stood up for herself.”
Klisares was charged with dissemination and exhibition of obscene material to minors.
She was booked into the Polk County Jail, where she is being held on a $1,000 bond.
