A woman of Florida, called police after she was covered with sperm by a stranger.
The incident unfolded as she was having dinner with a friend at a restaurant in Tallahassee.
28-year-old Patrick Bruce was arrested by the Tallahassee Police Department, after the incident occurred around 7:30 p.m.
The victim told police that Bruce was looking at her while she was eating and studying with her friend at the Panera Bread Company on Ocala Road.
The victim told police that Bruce sat at the table next to her and looked at her for ten minutes before walking to the bathroom.
Police said that Bruce then left the restaurant and returned with a cup from Publix. He then returned to the bathroom.
When he exited the bathroom, he walked over to the woman and spilled the contents from the cup on her neck, left shoulder and arm.
The victim told police that Bruce then apologized for โspilling his drinkโ and he left the restaurant.
Once he was gone, the victim said she realized that the liquid Bruce poured on her was sperm.
She started screaming and the store manager tried to go after Bruce. As he ran away, Bruce accidentally dropped his cellphone.
Officer looked at the phone and allegedly found a video, showing Bruce pleasuring himself into a Publix cup. The phone was confiscated as evidence.
Bruce was arrested and he was ordered to see a mental health expert for a pre-bond screening.
