A man was arrested on a charge of prostitution after allegedly asking a prostitute for sex in front of his child, according to police in Florida.
West Palm Beach said that they have arrested 28-year-old Oscar Vega, after he asked an undercover police officer who was posing as a prostitute, for sex in exchange for cash.
Vega was charged with prostitution and child neglect. According to the police investigation, the incident unfolded early on Saturday morning.
Vega was with his 2-year-old son when he approached the police officer and asked her for sex in exchange for money. Vega was among 21 other people who were arrested during the sting operation.
Earlier this week, a police officer was arrested on a charge of misconduct after allegedly having sex with a prostitute while he was on duty, according to police in New Jersey.
Greenwich Township police said that they have arrested 42-year-old William H. Dick III, after being accused of calling the prostitute and trying to convince her to recant her story.
Dick has been charged with misconduct and witness tampering.
