Adele will hang up her touring hat for a whopping 10 years to focus on raising her three-year-old son after her current global tour wraps in November, The Sun reports.
โAngelo is the number one priority for Adele. He is the most important thing in her life,โ an insider told the UK tabloid. โShe has brought him everywhere with her on tour but as he is starting school next year, he wonโt be able to join her anymore.โ
โAdele doesnโt want to miss a moment of Angelo growing up and itโs an easy decision for her to give up touring for him,โ the source added.
The 28-year-old โHelloโ singer is, however, mulling over a lucrative Las Vegas residency some years down the line, The Sun reports an attractive prospect for the Grammy-winning mom because it would be situated in one place.
The reportedly imminent hiatus might be the singerโs longest, but it wouldnโt be her first: Following Angeloโs birth in October 2012, she took three years off to rear her child. She made a triumphant return with her new album, โ25,โ in November 2015.
