A real estate agent of Texas, celebrated her success of selling a home by having sex with a man in it.
Police in Friendswood, were called after a man saw flashlights in his neighbor’s home that was just sold and was not yet occupied.
The man said that he was concerned as there have been problems with squatters in the neighborhood.
When police arrived and looked into the home, they saw Kayla Marisa Seloff, 22, and Joshua Leal, 27, having sex on the floor.
When officers questioned the woman, she lied and said that she was married to Leal and that the two have just bought the house.
However, police determined that Seloff was the realtor who just sold the house to a family, but she still had the keys to the home.
Police said that when Seloff opened her car door to get her identification, it smelled of marijuana. Seloff allegedly admitted that the drugs belonged to her.
The new homeowners pressed charges against the couple and they were arrested for criminal trespassing.
