These two exes are never going to agree on anything!

Looks like Mel Gibson’s ex Oksana Grigorieva is getting more money — she’s going from $20k per month in child support to almost $30k from the actor for their six-year-old daughter. However a stipulation of the settlement is that the Russian pianist must move out of Mel’s $2.4 million rental in Sherman Oaks, Calif., reports TMZ.

Apparently, Mel, who has been mostly out of sight since this all went down, had been willing to pay Oksana a whopping $15 million to settle their child support and domestic dispute cases, provided that she keep the racist tapes that she recorded of him secret, which she did not do. After signing the deal, Oksana released the tapes and then spoke about her ex on “The Howard Stern Show” in 2013.

As a result of Oksana’s breaking their agreement, she received a $250,00 settlement — 1/60 of what she could have received had she not broken their agreement.

Since then, the Russian has had an army of lawyers fighting for her — and her latest lawyer, Brian Kramer, has reached a new settlement with the “Lethal Weapon” actor.

Apparently, Oksana initially wanted an increase of $100k a month for child support for their daughter Lucia, but has settled for just under $30k. The site also claims that Oksana will be moving out of Mel’s rental and into another rental in Malibu, Calif.

Oksana and Mel had a tumultuous relationship. They broke up in April 2010 and in June 2010, the musician got a restraining order against the actor claiming he had physically assaulted her.

Oksana filed for bankruptcy in 2014, claiming she was more than $400,000 in debt and that she had only $10 cash to her name. At that point, Mel agreed to let his ex live in a house he paid for until his daughter Lucia turns 18.
