Britney Spears is hoping to sing a hit one more time with her first love, Justin Timberlake.
The “Make Me” singer told iHeart radio host Romeo that she wants to collaborate with her former flame.
โJustin Timberlake is very good,” she told Romeo during Saturday’s interview.
The Mickey Mouse Club alums dated from 1999 until abruptly calling it quits (and breaking tween hearts everywhere) in 2002.
And it wasn’t exactly amicable, even though he was the first boy she kissed.
Timberlake, 35, wrote his hits “Cry Me a River” and “What Goes Around” about Spears, 34, who reportedly cheated on him.
She, in turn, penned her hit “Everytime,” about their rocky romance.
Thankfully, exes aren’t the only musicians on her bucket list.
โAerosmith [frontman Steven Tyler] seems really good and bright. Heโs a genius, I think. Heโs very rock nโ roll. He sings from his soul,โ Spears told Romeo. โGwen Stefani, I think sheโs great.โ
