People in Colorado, were shocked to see two police officers sharing a joint.
The two police officer were seen smoking marijuana while they were in uniform and on duty.
The video of the incident was uploaded to YouTube by SpinninBackfisted,
and it went viral. The video that was labeled โCops in Colorado smoking
weed,โ shows the two police officers sharing a joint on a busy street.
The short video clip shows a uniformed police officer sitting in what
appears to be a patrol car. Another officer walked over to the car and
said: โLet me get a hit on that thing with you.โ
The officer in the car handed him his rolled cigarette. The second
officer inhaled deeply. As he exhaled, the officer said: โSome good
s**t.โ
It is legal to use cannabis for recreational purposes in the state. However, it is illegal to do so in public.
As for the police force, the drug is treated like alcohol, and can not be consumed at work.
The Colorado State Police have not yet commented on the video.
