A police officer was arrested on a charge of voyeurism after he was
caught recording up the skirts of girls at a train station, police in
Japan said.
Chiba police arrested 26-year-old Takehito Fukuda, after being accused
of using his cellphone to record up the skirt of girls at the JR
Tsudanuma Station.
During questioning, Fukuda told police that he has been interested in
voyeurism since he was young, but did not record girls because he was a
police officer.
Recently, he couldn’t contain himself any longer because he had a lot of
stress at work. Police seized his cellphone, which contained numerous
images that were recorded up the skirt of women.
So far, police have managed to identify 17 victims. Police cut Fukuda’s salary by 10 percent over a period of six months.
Fukuda then announced his resignation from the police force.
