Two men were arrested after a naked woman was
found dead as a result of external and internal injuries to her private
parts, according to police in Australia.
Ten Mile Beach police said that 33-year-old Lynette Daley, was
intoxicated when she had violent sex with her boyfriend, Adrian
Attwater, and his friend, Paul Maris.
Daley was the mother of seven children.
According to the police investigation, Daley had been taken to Ten Mile
Beach by Attwater and Maris for a camping trip and fishing.
The two men then subjected the highly intoxicated Daley to a series of
violent sexual acts. The blood alcohol concentration of Daley, was found
to 0.352, high enough to cause death.
Daley could not have been able to give consent to the sexual acts
performed on her that night because she was unconscious as a result of
excessive alcohol intake.
Maris burned key pieces of evidence, including a blood-soaked mattress
and underwear, before paramedics or police arrived at the scene.
Attwater was charged with manslaughter while Maris was charged with manslaughter accessory after the fact.
