The father of a young girl in Thailand, freaked out when he saw a long snake curled up behind a shoe rack in his home.
The 31-year-old father of Khon Kaen, called wildlife officials after
finding the 6-foot-long snake near his 4-month-old daughter and his
wife.
The father told officials that he had been sweeping the floor of his
house when he discovered the long snake coiled in a corner beneath a
wooden shoe rack.
The man panicked as he was very worried about his wife and little
daughter in case the snake bit any of them. Officials used a snake hook
to catch the reptile before transporting it off the property and putting
it in a bag.
The creature was later released in a nearby park. The homeowner said
that he was not sure how the snake got to his house because the city is
nowhere near a forest.
