A motorcycle rider was arrested on a charge of causing hurt after
breaking the nose of a car driver who complained that he was riding the
motorcycle too close to his car, according to police in Singapore.
Now, 27-year-old Kathiravan Annamalai of Serangoon Garden, has been
sentenced to serve four weeks in prison after being convicted of causing
hurt in connection with the attack on 32-year-old Elson Lee Jun Liang.
According to the police investigation, Liang was parking his vehicle in a
parking garage when Annamalai entered with his motorcycle.
As Liang was reversing the car, Annamalai came very close to him and narrowly avoided a collision. Both men then began to argue.
When Liang tried to take a picture of the motorcycle with his cellphone,
Annamalai pushed it away. Annamalai then hit Liang in the face.
