A man was arrested on a charge of indecent exposure after allegedly
stripping naked and swimming in a private pool, according to police in
Florida.
Panama City police said that they have arrested the man, who was not
identified, after swimming in the pool naked despite being told by the
owners of the property to leave.
He was charged with indecent exposure, trespassing and disorderly conduct.
According to the police, officers received a call on Friday, about a man
entering an apartment building complex and taking off all his clothes.
One of the employees at the building asked the man to put his clothes
back, but he refused. By the time officers arrived, employees had
managed to convince the man to put on his red underwear.
The man told police that he was suffering a heat stroke and had to go
into a pool to cool off. He also admitted that he was kicked out from a
swimming pool nearby.
The man was taken to the Bay Medical Center, before being taken to jail.
