A popular television actress was taken off a plane on a stretcher after
she suffered a meltdown, following a dose of prescription pills and
alcohol, according to police in California. 43-year-old Selma Blair was traveling from Cancun, Mexico, to Los Angeles, following a vacation.
She was met by paramedics at LAX, and was taken to the hospital for a
mental examination. It seems that she had taken a combination of
prescription drugs with alcohol.
Sadly, her son, 4-year-old Arthur Saint, was on the flight.
Witnesses who were on the flight revealed that Blair was sitting in
first class, enjoying a glass of wine when she began to cry and talk
about the fears about an unidentified man.
She said that he burned her private parts, and he does not let her eat
or drink. She also expressed concern that the man will kill her.
Two nurses who were on the flight, tended to Blair. They checked her
bags for pills after a passenger reported that she was mixing drugs with
alcohol.
The actress went to Mexico, to celebrate Father’s Day by the beach with
her former husband Jason Bleick, who is the father of Arthur.
