A perverted man was arrested again after hiding under a car and grabbing a woman’s foot, police in Nebraska said.
20-year-old Jesse Johnson is accused of grabbing the woman’s ankle as she got into her car outside an Aldi store in Lincoln.
The 48-year-old woman got scared and screamed when she suddenly felt someone touching her leg. She then saw Johnson
roll out from under her vehicle before he ran off.
Police arrested Johnson. At first, he denied touching the woman.
According to police, he said: “I was hiding under the car, simply for
the visual.”
Johnson explained that he has a “strange addiction and bizarre behavior, and I do not know why.”
This is the third time that Johnson was accused of hiding under cars to touch women’s feet.
Johnson said that he did not mean to scare the women and he never meant to hurt them.
In his last case, Johnson was let off with a $150 fine for a similar incident that took place at Tk Maxx.
Prosecutors are now seeking jail time after Johnson, but his attorney is looking for counseling.
