A temporarily unattached Kate Middleton opted for a sexy witch getup for Halloween back in 2007, when she was on a break from then-boyfriend Prince William.The future Duchess of Cambridge, who met William at St. Andrews University in 2001, embraced her single status that October in black boots, fishnets, a black dress, and witch’s cape. The royal-to-be was joined by her younger sister Pippa, then 23, and they partied at London’s Mahiki Club. William finally proposed to Kate in Kenya. The couple said “I do” in the most watched television event of the year in April 2011. They welcomed son George in July 2013, and expect their second child in april of next year.
