The club is now demanding a refund as, according to its suit, Nicki’s people were pre-paid the amount with the agreement that the star would arrive at midnight and perform two songs. According to the lawsuit, the Anaconda rapper arrived over an hour late at 1.19am and then stayed just 34 minutes.

Photographs from the evening show Nicki at the club enjoying a drink and at one point with a microphone in hand but clearly she did not get too comfortable as she did not even put down her handbag.

According to TMZ’s report, clubgoers were also far from impressed with many paying big bucks to party with Nicki – especially as it was one of Vegas’ biggest party nights in recent history.

According to TMZ’s report, clubgoers were also far from impressed with many paying big bucks to party with Nicki – especially as it was one of Vegas’ biggest party nights in recent history.

The suit – which was filed against the star’s booking company Pink Personality – argues that Nicki’s late appearance affected their ability to sell VIP tables that were expected to fetch in excess of $25,000 each.

Nicki is no stranger to having the odd lawsuit filed against her.

Her former wig maker tried to sue her for $30 million accusing the star of reneging on deals including a reality show and stealing hair designs. The suit was later dismissed.

The rapper was also sued by promoters of an NBA All-Stars party in 2011 for turning up to a paid appearance late and leaving in under half an hour, back then she was only paid $50,000 to party.
