Kim Kardashian’s insurance claim is shedding light on how much her stolen jewels are actually worth.
Insurance documents state that the 13 items taken from the reality TV star – when she was tied up and robbed at gunpoint in Paris – are worth roughly $5.6 million, not $10 million as previously speculated, TMZ reported.
Her new 20-karat Lorraine Schwartz emerald cut diamond engagement ring is valued at $4 million in the claim, making up a big chunk of those millions, according to documents obtained by the gossip site.
Kardashian, 35, was begging for her life on Monday when two masked gunmen entered her room at the No Name Hotel in Paris, tying her up and throwing her in the bathtub as they rifled through her expensive jewelry.
Kardashian rushed back to New York City on Monday to be with her husband Kanye West, and their children North and Saint, after giving statements to French police. On Wednesday, she headed back to her California home, where she reportedly feels safer.
Police have not been able to track down the five masked men responsible for the robbery. The incident was not captured on any nearby surveillance cameras, authorities revealed Tuesday.
