A man killed his wives and one woman was even pregnant with his child.
Police were called to a home in Chiang Mai, Thailand, at 11:00 p.m., after a husband went on a murderous rampage, killing his family members.
When officers tried to get the man to surrender, he threatened to use a hand grenade to kill them as well. He also threatened to dismember the bodies.
After negotiations, the man walked out of the house and surrendered to authorities.
Officers quickly took him away from the scene as members of the community had gathered and wanted to carry out street justice, according to police.
Police said that 38-year-old Pakathu Sae Wu got into an argument with his wives after he accused them of cheating on him with other men.
His first wife, Awuma Sae Lu, 39, and his second wife, 20-year-old Patchari Chanu, who was pregnant, denied the claims.
However, Wu, who was drunk, did not believe them and stabbed them to death.
A friend said that Wu suffered from a “mild mental illness.” He had been under treatment but he continued to drink alcohol despite doctors warning him against it.
