…Aba Road As A Case Study.

One may wonder why people are eulogizing Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodinma, the Executive Governor Of Imo State on road constructions. The reasons are not far fetched.
Many never believed that Uzodinma led administration will construct a single road in Imo State. Others thought it will be business as usual, some said that IMO is bankrupt, some said that he signed agreement with the state fund, some said that no meaningful Government construct roads during rainy season, while others believed that he will only shared the State fund with his allies.
Today the reverse is the case, the shared prosperity Government of Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodinma has changed the narrative by constructing many roads in Imo State without noise making within 8months in office. If you doubt visit oparanozie street, Amaigbo street, back of new market, relief market road, chukwumanwoha, Ihechiuwa, Arch Deacon Denis, control post to Owerri Hotel plaza, Control post to Everyday supermarket, MCC road and others.
Let me not digress a little and move to my main focus which is Aba road. Few months ago, the situation of Aba road was nothing to ride home about following the mess by the inefficient construction company employed by the ousted PDP Government that spent 6months on spreading red mud.
Our Governor revoked the contract and awarded the road to new construction company. Within three weeks you can see to yourself the state of ABA ROAD as at TODAY.
Love HOPE or hate him, He has changed the narrative of Imolites on road constructions.
