According to INEC, Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress, APC, scored 263,572 votes; Peter Obi of Labour Party, LP, 31,166 votes; Atiku Abubakar of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, 136,909 votes, and Rabiu Kwankwaso of the New Nigeria Peoples Party, NNPP, 3,141 votes.
