Öztürkler said that phone calls have also started and that they will do what is necessary to solve the problem regarding the number of phones. Öztürkler also stated that necessary by-law studies will be carried out.
Explaining that they attach great importance to education in sports, art and vocational subjects in the new prison, Öztürkler stated that they will do what is necessary to renew the protocols in the previous period. Öztürkler said that they will cooperate with universities in this sense.
Expressing his sensitivity about the dignity of the prisoner, Öztürkler stated that necessary sanctions should be applied for acts contrary to this.
Öztürkler stated that they will start working on training activities as soon as possible.
