The suspect AB, who was arrested for beating his wife seriously on the grounds that he “doesn’t want the guests to come to the house”, was brought to court and secured until his trial.

The suspect, who was arrested in connection with the “Serious Batter” issue in Nicosia, was brought before the EU court.

Police officer Fatma ร‡elikiz said that after the argument that broke out between them on the grounds that the suspect did not want her guests to come to the house on 01.10.2022, he severely battered his wife first in the car and then at her mother’s house.
