Hasret Balcıoğlu, a member of the Higher Education Planning, Supervision, Accreditation and Coordination Board (YODAK), which came to the fore with fake diploma issues, was arrested yesterday and was given a guarantee.
According to the information obtained by the Cyprus Post from the police sources, Hasret Balcıoğlu was arrested yesterday while she was entering Northern Cyprus.
After her arrest, Balcıoğlu, who was brought to the Famagusta District Court, was released on bail.
