ลengil stated that 32 refugees were detected and arrested in the forest area at the aforementioned location at around 12:30 on the same date, and that 22 of them were detected and arrested in the same vicinity on August 20, 2022.
ลengil stated that it was determined that the Van vehicle, which was abandoned at the location where the subject boats were located belonged to ฤฐsmail Daฤcฤฑ.
The police announced that Onur Gรผren took the captain and his assistants, who were on the boats, from the scene and left.

Stating that Onur Gรผren and Edip Yeลilyurt were detected in the vehicle with license plate SY 057, the police noted that Gรผren’s subordinate search found a Toyota brand saloon car and a house key.
ลengil stated that Kaan Kฤฑzฤฑlaya and Enver Uslu were found hiding in the living room, while Yakup and Vedat Ardes were hiding in the kitchen.
The police stated that Ahmet Danact, a resident of Famagusta, was also arrested and noted that the matter is a serious crime, which falls within the scope of the High Criminal Court and envisages imprisonment of up to 10 years, and demanded that the suspects be secured.
The court ordered ฤฐsmail Daฤcฤฑl, Onur Gรผren and Hazar Sรถyler to deposit 35 thousand TL as collateral in cash, and for each of them 2 guarantors to sign 200 thousand TL each.
The court ordered Ahmet Danacฤฑ to deposit 40 thousand TL and Edip Yeลilyurt to deposit 50 thousand TL as collateral, and 2 guarantors for each to sign 200 thousand TL.
The court ordered Birtan Kahramanoฤlu to sign a bond of 25 thousand TL in cash and a surety of 150 thousand TL.
Mustafa รelen, Enver Uslu, Vedat Kardeล, Kaan Kฤฑzฤฑlkaya and Yakup Aydemir were sent to prison for a period not exceeding 75 days.
