The decision to increase the tax deferral from 20 million TL to 40 million TL for Ercan Airport operator T&T was published in the Official Gazette.
The Council of Ministers took a decision increasing the tax deferral from 20 million TL to 40 million TL for Ercan Airport operator T&T.
The said decision entered into force after being published in the Official Gazette.
The text of the decision is as follows:
“The Council of Ministers, in the light of what is stated in the proposal, T&T Airport Operations. Ins. Singing. ve Tic. Sti. Ltd. on the Goods to be Imported, the “20.000.000 TL (Twenty Million Turkish Liras)” figure stated in the decision of the Council of Ministers, numbered Ü(KI)278-2022 and dated 22.6.2022, regarding the postponement of taxes, and decided to amend the said decision in this direction by removing the phrase and adding the number and phrase “40,000,000 TL (Forty Million Turkish Lira)”.
