With the instigation of the suspect 1 Muhammed Tapınç and suspect 2 Hasan Tapınç, on 15.08.2022, the police went to Nicosia as a result of the argument between them about transporting goods at Olcay 12 Apartment Floor 9 Apartment 17 address located on Osman Yusuf Street.
Muhammed Tapınç hit the resident Boris Ndip Takang (E-25) with his fist in the face, seriously battering the named person, causing his right eye to be blinded. He told me that he caused bodily harm.
The police stated that the suspect Muhammed Tapınç was detected and arrested while trying to escape from Ercan Airport on 16 August.
The police said that the matter was a serious one, that the complainant was stuck with a piercing tool, that the evidence was being sought, that there were statements to be taken and that the statements of the suspects should be confirmed, and demanded that the suspect be kept in detention for 5 days.
Judge Hazal Hacımulla, evaluating the testimony given in his presence, ordered the suspects to be detained in the police for 5 days in the first place.
