On 20 August 2022, at 09.40 am, the police were stationed in Girne, where they were working illegally alongside 47-year-old Mehmet Kurt, a resident in Famagusta, who was subcontracting the construction of Enes Teke’s construction in Alayköy Organized Industrial Zone, 2nd Stage, 23rd Street.

Evaluating the testimony given in his presence, Judge Hazal Hacımulla ordered the suspect to be tried pending trial on the condition that he will be banned from going abroad, appear in person to the police once a week, deposit 10 thousand TL in cash collateral, and 1 credible TRNC citizen sign a surety bond worth 75 thousand TL.
