ONE OF THE PROFESSIONS OF THE FUTURE
Prof. Dr. Tunca emphasized that communication is one of the basic human actions and pointed out that the importance of those who work professionally in this field will increase gradually.
Prof. Dr. Tunca; “Current researches on the professions of the future and the professions that will lose their importance show that many professions will lose their importance in the near future, and many professions will increase their popularity, especially with the new technologies being a part of our daily lives.
With the developments in communication and especially communication technologies, there are new departments and new professions that are added to the fields such as journalism, publishing, marketing, PR and design, which are shifted to the digital platform, together with new communication technologies. Such as multimedia content production, digital broadcasting, data journalism, digital design, e-sports acting, digital game design.
When we take this into account, it is not possible to think that young people who are educated in this field will face difficulties in finding a field of practice for their profession.”
