A 22-year-old Larnaca resident was remanded on Sunday for four days in connection with possession and distribution of child porn.
Police said the 22-year-old man was arrested on Saturday after being alerted by Europol that a social media user either possessed or districted child pornography material.
Two mobile phones and a computer found in his residence were seized and sent for digital forensic examinations.
